Players are advised that personal accident cover is not provided by NUsport. It is recommended that all players take out private personal accident / injury cover prior to participating in these competitions.

Patrons must use the facilities responsibly and are advised that NUsport will not be responsible for personal injury or loss of property. You participate at your own risk.

Where relevant, players will have received medical advice that the use of NUsport's facilities will not endanger their health. As a participant in NUsport's Sport Competitions, you would be deemed a casual visitor.

Thus you agree to be bound and hereby release and indemnify and will keep indemnified NUsport in respect of and NUsport hereby excludes to the extent permitted by law, all liability for any injury, loss or damage how so ever arising.

(Whether direct, indirect, special or consequential and including where caused by negligence of NUsport) suffered by you while on NUsport premises or arising in any way out of your use of NUsport's facilities and equipment.
