The Fitness Australia Quality Accreditation program is based on a culture of continuous quality improvement and business development to raise the standards and credibility within the fitness industry. The aim is to improve service delivery that’s meaningful. At The Forum we pride ourselves on being an industry leader. All Forum Fitness staff are professional members with Fitness Australia. The Australian Fitness Industry Quality Program entails a four step process that is strengthen by an independent third party external assessment organisation.
The program is based on six performance criteria:
- Professionalism - Service delivery is professional, effective and appropriate to the client’s needs.
- Safety - Programs and services are delivered safely through a comprehensive risk management approach. Facilities and equipment are of a high standard.
- Customer Care - The customer is at the centre of the business and is always treated with care and respect.
- Information and Knowledge - Data and information are used effectively.
- People - The workforce is capable of delivering and supporting the services being offered.
- Leadership - The business is capable of delivering and supporting the services being offered.

The member portal will allow you to manage your Forum membership including:
- Book a spot in group fitness classes
- Update your personal information
- Apply a membership freeze (timestop) to your current membership (terms and conditions apply)
- Manage and track your membership payment details
- Renew your membership or sign up to a new contract
- Make additional bookings including Learn to Swim, My Wellness Assessment, kids holiday programs and more

Membership Freeze (timestop)
Members can use their member portal to activate a membership freeze (terms and conditions apply). Current members can login to the member portal with the email address attached to your current membership. If you have never logged in before, click the Forgot Password link to reset your account.
Membership Transfer or Cancellation
The Member Relations team are here to support you with all your membership needs. Please select one of the drop downs below if you would like to transfer or cancel your membership.
By accessing a NUsport Managed Facility or participating in any NUsport Program You (on Your own behalf or as guardian of Your child) acknowledge and agree that these terms and conditions together with any application or membership form to which these terms are referred or attached make up a binding agreement between You and NUsport. This Agreement is accepted by either signing the application or membership form, paying the relevant membership or program fees or accessing any NUsport Managed Facility or participating in any NUsport Program after receiving notice of this Agreement.

Group fitness classes (including Skill Athletic) are free to all current members only. Bookings are essential, please book your spot using The Forum App.

You can pay $20.00 for a casual entry if you are not a member or purchase a 5 visit pack for $65.00.
You can pay $6.00 for casual entry if you are not a member, or purchase a 20 visit pack for $108.00.
Sweat towels are compulsory. Use a clean sweat towel for each session. We recommend you use one as a barrier on the equipment and one to towel off perspiration while exercising.
