This week let’s celebrate how far we have all come.
As we approach the finish line, it is amazing to think we have travelled over 420,000 steps or approximately 320 kilometres. This week enjoy the movement that you’ve brought into your daily routine.

For many of us here, we have travelled over 160 kilometres during the first 3 weeks of the 10,000 step challenge. We’ve reached the top of the mountain and ready for the down hill run.

The step count is climbing so is the temperature. The weather is set to be beautiful for week 3 of the AUHC, and just in time for the semester recess.
