And just like that, we are past the halfway mark in the AUHC.

For many of us here, we have travelled over 160 kilometres during the first 3 weeks of the 10,000 step challenge. We’ve reached the top of the mountain and ready for the down hill run.

POWER ON, KEEP STRONG INTO WEEK 3 OF THE AUHC.

The step count is climbing so is the temperature. The weather is set to be beautiful for week 3 of the AUHC, and just in time for the semester recess.
