Body Combat

What is BODYCOMBAT?
When a participant steps into a COMBAT workout they’ll punch and kick their way to new fitness levels, burning up to 740 calories on average along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A COMBAT Instructor will challenge everyone to up the intensity and motivate the class to make the most of every round. Participants will release stress, have a blast and feel like a champion.
COMBAT is available as a 55, 45 or 30 minute workout.

BODYCOMBAT for beginners
Participants can adjust a COMBAT workout to suit them. Group Fitness Instructors always show options allowing participants to work at their own level. COMBAT’s intensity level can be tailored to any degree.
