PERSONAL TRAINING

Work with our personal trainers to effectively utilise your time, keep motivated and stay on track.

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Offering over 40 classes at Harbourside and a variety of appealing and accessible programs everyday.

BODY COMPOSITION SCANS

If you can measure it, you can manage it.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING ZONE

A large area focused on stretching and functional training. Use the Vipr, TRX or Kettlebells to add some variety to your workout.

ACCREDITED PRACTICING DIETITIAN

We have our very own accredited practicing Dietitian (APD) to provide nutritional assessments for a range of individual needs.

EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST

The Forum has its very own accredited Exercise Physiologists (EP) who are registered with ESSA.

UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

Unlimited access to all The Forum has to offer.
