WE’RE BACK!

Social Sport is returning to The Forum in Semester 2 2020. Our COVID-safe plans are in place, and we are excited to see you back out on the court!

Remember:

Stay home if you are unwell and currently experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms or have been in contact with a positive COVID-19 case in the last 14 days.
Adhere to Social Distancing restrictions. You must stay 1.5 metres apart from our Team and fellow members where possible.
Practice good hand hygiene. Wash your hands regularly, either with soap and water or hand sanitiser. Apply hand sanitiser on arrival and exit of the venue. We encourage you to carry and use your own personal hand sanitiser while in the venue.
You may only participate in one game per night for one team.
Essential participants only – no spectators.

The Forum offers six nights per week of social sport competition for students, staff and our wider community. Register as a team or individual but be quick, as most nights are taking waiting lists!

Players are advised that personal accident cover is not provided by NUsport. It is recommended that all players take out private personal accident / injury cover prior to participating in these competitions.

Patrons must use the facilities responsibly and are advised that NUsport will not be responsible for personal injury or loss of property. You participate at your own risk.

Where relevant, players will have received medical advice that the use of NUsport's facilities will not endanger their health. As a participant in NUsport's Sport Competitions, you would be deemed a casual visitor.

Thus you agree to be bound and hereby release and indemnify and will keep indemnified NUsport in respect of and NUsport hereby excludes to the extent permitted by law, all liability for any injury, loss or damage how so ever arising.

Semester 2 Competitions $850.00 per team

*Fees are due before Round 1 and are to be paid at The Forum Sports Aquatics Centre. If fees are NOT received BEFORE Round 1, teams will be unable to take the court, and may be removed from the competition.
