COVID lockdowns have impacted our lives in many ways, including our ability to maintain regular exercise routines and our fitness levels have suffered. NUsport is here to help ease you back into the gym or even get you started for the very first time.
Movement feels and is different for everyone. NUsport’s qualified fitness professionals are here to guide you through your workouts and help you find your comfortable pace. This challenge is not about pushing your limits but building your confidence in the gym and re-establishing your base level of fitness.
NUsport has built a 6-week guided challenge to help you feel better.
- Commit to the 6-week block, 25 July to 4 September 2022
- Challenge orientation between 18 – 24 July 2022
- Supported and guided 30 minute lunch time sessions
- Callaghan - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday @ 12pm.
- Honeysuckle – Monday, Tuesday and Thursday @ 12pm.

TRAINER - JOE
NUsport's very own Gym and Personal Training Manager will be leading the way for the JUST START Challenge, helping you to start or continue your fitness journey.
Joe is an ASCA certified Strength and Conditioning coach currently undertaking a Bachelor in Exercise and Sports Science.
He has trained people from a wide range of fitness levels and seen improvements in not only strength and fitness, but in confidence and mental outlook.
