Aqua Circuit

Combining intervals of cardio and muscle conditioning for maximum calorie consumption. This aquatics based, non-impact workout will give you great results. This class may include water running, athletic drills in both the shallow and deep water for added intensity/variety. All levels can participate.

Use the waters resistance in a simple, athletic workout to shape your muscles and improve your energy flow for both mind & body alike. You can work at your chosen pace, there’s no impact, completely weightless on your joints and perfect for all levels of exercise.

Simple, Athletic, Electric! BODYATTACK™ is a cardiovascular interval training program combining high intensity cardio conditioning, sports inspired agility and strength stabilisation exercises.

BODYBALANCE™

Incorporating elements of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. BODYBALANCE™ is a fabulous mind/body class useful for increasing strength and flexibility, improving coordination and balance, and giving an overall sense of wellbeing. Your class ends with some much needed meditation and relaxation.

BODYCOMBAT™

Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories on average along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A BODYCOMBAT instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

BODYPUMP™

A 45-60 minute class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning. BODYPUMP™ is proven to be the `world’s fastest way to get in shape’. BODYPUMP™ is indeed for everyone!

CXWORX™

CXWORX™ is a compact 30-minute workout, focused on muscles around the core, its the glue that holds everything together! All the moves in CXWORX™ have options, so it's challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. Your trained instructors will guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back conditioning.

DIY Swim

DIY (Do It Yourself) offers a 'Swim Fit' solution to anyone who can't make the morning or afternoon timetabled sessions. You will find your pre programmed 'Swim Set' ready for you to follow on the whiteboard located at the shallow end of the pool. You can spend as little or as long as you can spare in your lunch break. Speak with the Lifeguard if you require any support.

Express Sculpt

Functional training at it's best!! Engage maximum muscle groups by combining strength, endurance and cardio movement drills. A complete conditioning workout for all fitness levels. A must try!! EXPRESS version is also offered for those doubling up with CXWORX, what a combo.

Unleash your inner warrior with this cardio based boxing session. Combining easy to follow boxing patterns with cardio drills, you're sure to work up a sweat in FitBOX. No boxing experience needed, all fitness levels welcome.

GRIT Series™

GRIT Series™ is small group training, providing participants with a variety of high intensity interval solutions that get results fast! The GRIT Series™ - 'strength' weight based, 'cardio' explosive high impact and 'plyo' power & agility, provide the variety that will push you to the max and beyond in just 30min. You will get up close & personal support, classes are capped at 30 participants.

Work the lot! TBW contains simple low impact moves with athletic options and basic muscle conditioning to give you a 'cross training' effect. An accessible session targeting weight loss and overall muscle conditioning. The TBW class includes a short simple step component.
