Activate

A gentle exercise program with a strong emphasis on fun. This non impact class will include a combination of aerobic exercise, flexibility and resistance training. Perfect for the mature member, or those looking to rehabilitate.
Activate is a 55 minute workout.

AquaFIT

This aquatic based, non-impact workout will give you great results. AquaFIT class may include water running, resistance style training, athletic drills in both the shallow and deep water for added intensity/variety. You can work at your chosen pace, there’s no impact, completely weightless on your joints and perfect for all levels of exercise.
AquaFIT is a 45 minute workout.

BODYATTACK™

BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. Combining athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A Forum Instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories on average and leaving you with a sense of achievement.
BODYATTACK is available as a 55 or 45 minute workout.

BODYBALANCE™

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™ is a yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and a Forum Instructor will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm, centered and happy.

BODYCOMBAT™

Step into a BODYCOMBAT™ workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories on average along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A Forum Instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champion.
BODYCOMBAT is available as a 55 or 45 minute workout.

BODYPUMP™

BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast!
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories on average. A Forum Instructor will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
BODYPUMP is available as a 55 or 45 workout.

BoxFIT

Unleash your inner warrior with this cardio based boxing session. Combining easy to follow boxing patterns with both cardio and functional body weight drills, you're sure to work up a sweat and feel strong in BoxFIT. No boxing experience needed, all fitness levels welcome.
BoxFIT is available as a 35 or 45 minute workout.

CXWORX™

Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favourite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together.
All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During this 30-minute workout a Forum Instructor will guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and light weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

DIY Swim

DIY (Do It Yourself) offers a 'Swim Fit' solution to anyone who can't make the morning or afternoon timetabled sessions. You will find your pre programmed 'Swim Set' ready for you to follow on the whiteboard located at the shallow end of the pool. You can spend as little or as long as you can spare in your lunch break. Speak with the Lifeguard if you require any support.

ForumFIT

ForumFIT gives you a bit of everything. Come as you are, this fantastic workout is for everyone. Combining a range of low impact through to athletic style cardio, strength and conditioning exercises with fun and functional patterns using body weight and/or equipment. Sometimes there will be a short step component, other times there will be a circuit, every time will give you a total body workout and leave you wanting more.

GRIT Series™

LES MILLS GRIT™ SERIES is a 30 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. Available as GRIT™ STRENGTH, GRIT™ CARDIO or GRIT™ PLYO this workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT™ SERIES takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

HIIT

EXPLOSIVE | ELECTRIC | SHORT AND SHARP!
Challenge your personal threshold in 30 minutes of functional fitness using a combination of body weight, resistance focused exercises and cardio drills in a small group training environment. This Forum freestyle gem packs a punch and is different every time. Though HIIT is obviously high in intensity, options can be provided for all fitness levels.

RPM™

RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and burns loads of calories.
With great music pumping and the group riding as one, your Forum Instructor will take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.
RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!
RPM is available as a 30, 45 or 60 minute workout.

Sculpt

Functional training at it's best! Engage maximum muscle groups by combining strength, endurance and cardio movement drills. Sculpt is a complete conditioning workout for all fitness levels and will leave you feeling strong and successful and noticing muscles you never knew you had!
Sculpt is available as a 30, 45 or 55 minute workout.

This results oriented session offers a combination of fun, fitness and flare to vary your exercise regime. Step is sure to challenge your mind with groovy step combinations; it's a designer delight for butts & thighs! Using a platform with adjustable levels to cater for your own confidence, Step will bring your cardio training to new heights.
Step is a 45 minute workout.

SwimFIT 75

Fun and fitness in the water for swimmers of all fitness levels and abilities. This non impact workout redefines water based activity by keeping your heart rate up and taking the stress off your body. Whether you are a beginner, fitness swimmer, competitive master, surf competitor, triathlete or undergoing rehab, jump in and let our coaches motivate you to go the distance.
SwimFIT 75 is a 75 minute workout.

Zumba™

Perfect for everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it out.
Taking the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
