Certificate III in Fitness
Book your spot in the Certificate III in Fitness and set yourself up to work in a positive environment and launch your exciting career as an Exercise Instructor.
This course will develop knowledge and skills for exercise program design and form the platform to move into personal training. It prepares you to work in any capacity on a fitness centre gym floor, covering design and implementation of safe and effective resistance training, aerobic conditioning and flexibility programs. You will also develop core competencies relating to client services; team development and project implementation; legal responsibilities and risk analysis. Certificate III in Fitness is the minimum qualification required to register as a fitness professional.
Senior First Aid Certificate must be completed prior to course completion.

Certificate IV in Fitness
Book your spot in the Certificate IV in Fitness and become a Professional Personal Trainer. Personal Trainers assess client's health and fitness and prescribe appropriate training, workouts and guidelines according to individual needs.
Designed for those already working in the fitness industry, this course equips you with advanced technical, planning and leadership skills to work independently as a personal trainer with challenging client groups. This course is available to anyone who has completed the Certificate III in Fitness or equivalent. This is the minimum qualification to be a personal trainer.

Freestyle Group Fitness
Learn the skills required to plan and instruct a 'group exercise to music' class for employment in the fitness industry. Covers all floor-based classes, including low and high impact aerobics, circuit, step, spin, barbell, muscle conditioning and boxing.
Course commences: 2017 dates to be confirmed.
This course is for fitness professionals working at a Certificate III level or above who want to instruct water-based group exercise classes.
