Arlen is an exercise enthusiast, with a passion for lifestyle fitness and competitive sport. He achieved his Bachelor degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition and a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Southern Cross University on the beautiful North Coast of New South Wales, Australia. Arlen has worked in various private exercise therapy clinics across NSW, from Byron Bay to Sydney and recently returned from rehabilitating professional surfers in Canada. His passion for fitness and healthy lifestyle drives his desire to deliver effective treatment.
Arlen is experienced in providing exercise testing; designing and administering preventative exercise programs and specialist rehabilitation exercise; interventions for clients with chronic diseases, disability or injury.
He has experience in effectively rehabilitating injured workers and liaising with allied health professionals to ensure successful outcomes. Whether seeing Arlen for personal training or exercise rehabilitation, it is his ambition to motivate, educate, and support clients in achieving their goals while maintaining a positive, caring, fun and dynamic environment.
Arlen’s focus is to enhance the wellbeing of his clients by empowering them with the knowledge, skills, support, guidance and resources to assist and inspire them on their journey to a healthier life. Through active participation in regular fitness activity and integration of guided fitness programs, he will transform your quality of life and make your fitness goals become a reality.

Gary has 10 years experience as a personal trainer. His specialty areas are older populations (the mature athlete) and professional people who are often time poor (the corporate athlete). He has also coached a number of cyclists, triathletes and swimmers (younger athletes).
Gary has had a wealth of experience outside of the training industry where he has developed superior communication skills. With his training, he listens to what you want and mixes this with a healthy dose of what you need. Your goals are his goals. Gary fully understands the pressures generated by the workplace and life in general. He understands that exercise is an important way to deal with life's stresses. A strong working knowledge of nutrition coupled with fitness and exercise awareness has helped clients achieve weight loss aims.
So whether you need a quick refresher, help with technique or a longer term plan, Gary is able to assist you reach your health and fitness objectives.
Leila aims to challenge, guide and motivate individuals mentally and physically towards achieving their goals.
Leila is a highly active and vibrant personal trainer with an infectious, positive personality. She grew up in Outback Queensland developing a passion for fitness, sports and the outdoors. Leila moved to Brisbane to take up personal training, completing her Certificate III and IV in Fitness in 2007. Working with Fitness First, Leila was a successful trainer but her sense of adventure and desire to travel led her to join the Royal Australian Air Force in 2008. Whilst posted to Darwin, Leila trained with the Darwin Triathlon Club and in 2009, won the Arafura Games Olympic distance triathlon for her age group.
Relocating to Adelaide, Leila has been inspired to train for Obstacle Course Racing and has excelled, finding her calling. Leila partnered with SA Base Camp and took part in her first event, True Grit 2015 with the Base Camp team. Since then Leila has competed in and won several Obstacle Course Races:

• Yumigo Trail Running Short Course Series 2015 - Female Winner
• Spartan Sprint in Melbourne 2015, VIC - 1st Place
• Spartan Stadium Super 2015 in Sydney, NSW - 1st Place
• Spartan Stadium Sprint 2015 in Geelong, VIC - 4th Place
• Spartan Super 2016 in Picton, NSW - 2nd Place
• True Grit Enduro 2016 in Sydney, NSW
• Spartan Beast 2016 in Ivory Rock, QLD – 2nd Place
• Obstacle Course Racing World Championships 2016, Blue Mountains, Canada - 25th in Pro Women Category
• Dirt Wars, SA 2017 - 1st Place
