Member Relations Manager

    The Forum is looking for a vibrant Member Relations Manager to lead our Member Relations team. The Member Relations Manager will be responsible for leading the Member Relations team with a specific focus on mentoring, development and training and ensuring the constant delivery of first class customer service to all members and guests.

    We are looking for someone with a passionate focus on customer service and an ability to get the best out of people. You will be tasked with learning about what drives The Forum member experience as well as providing recommendations for ongoing improvements including member engagement.


    The ideal candidate should have:

  • A solid background in managing a small dynamic team
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Exceptional customer service experience
  • Passion to motivate and inspire a team
  • Demonstrated passion and positive attitude towards the industry
  • The ability to work flexible hours (may include early mornings, evenings and weekend shifts).

Member Relations Consultant

    The Forum is looking for an enthusiastic, engaging, member focused individual to join the Member Relations team on a casual basis. You will be working across a 7-day roster that will include early mornings, evenings and weekends at both Forum venues. Generally you are likely to be working 10hrs per week, which will fluctuate depending on staff movements and business requirements.

    You will be joining a fast paced, dynamic team that is focused on ensuring all members and guests receive first class customer service. On a day to day basis you will;

  • Meet and Greet all members and guests
  • Aim to exceed all expectations in service delivery
  • Respond to external and internal enquiries via face-to-face, phone and email
  • Have a sound understanding of all products, programs and services offered
  • Manage and update member account details
  • Support other departments.

Essential selection criteria:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multi task in a busy customer service focused environment
  • Close attention to detail
  • Previous sales experience
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
